Celia Alcaraz
Hi there! I'm Celia and I'm the head of operations over here at Flower Bar Floral Design. I've been working in floral design since graduating college in 2018 from Wayne State. I have a degree in Business Administration and Business Management and am thrilled to have my own business creating floral design for you with my mom by my side!
When I'm not doing floral design, I'm a Realtor with Social House Group who services all of Metro Detroit and love being an expert resource for my clients!
I'm extremely passionate about rescue dogs, so I spend time volunteering Downtown Detroit with CHAINED and DACC and the rest of the time, you can find me hanging with my own rescue dog and cats, building DIY projects and doing home improvement, or laying in my hammock reading a good book.
Laura Huey
Laura is not only my business partner, but also my mother! Laura is a master gardener and has always had a passion and special knack for flowers and plants. After working at florist for a few years, her, my father and I started building out a coffee, fresh flower, pastry and gift shop in Ann Arbor. We owned Flower Bar for 6 years and it was such an amazing life experience. We learned so much along the way & made so many memories and friendships.

Laura, who not only brings a wealth of experience in the floral industry, but also has a deep love for gardening, rescue dogs, volunteering and reading. Laura strives to make sure that each and every customer is happy with their floral arrangement. She is a joy to be around and is dedicated to giving her best in everything that she does.
